OTRCH Materials and Colors

Barn Doors, trying to match the dark blue color:

OTRCH Style Guide Colors

Sherwin Williams colors to choose from for barn doors:

Paint from hardware store scan and mix, didn't quite match...

Reception Desk:

Formica Navy Blue - Very close to the primary blue color

Formica Winter Sky - Similar to the secondary color

Cabinets: white with dark top (graphite twill)

Sarum Twill (used in elevator)

Graphite Twill

For the exterior, the idea is to have basic brick color, with buff mortar and buff stone sills, with a dark grey/black window color and green metal storefront and cornice.  The inspiration is the colors at Music Hall and several other buildings around the park:

notice the black window frame, 13th and Walnut

again at 12th and Elm

The proposed brick is Bowerston 1000.

Window color:
Either dark grey or black, to visually receed,

Metal trim colors

Green.  Can repaint parts of 114 with whichever green we choose, to help tie them together visually.  Sourdough is an accent, to be used on the wood porch, and maybe some accents

Interior:

Floor Color options from Floor Nation Casabella Pride Collection
Melrose (dark)

Bliss (lighter)

Wall colors

  • Agreeable Gray SW7029
  • Anew Gray SW7030
  • Pure White SW7007

  • Accent color for Metal Stairs, metal doors etc:

This is the very expensive light I wanted originally. It is 3/4" thick.

This is the budget version proposed by the electrician, it is 2" thick.  This is what we are using:

Exterior Down light or area light (back door, side door and on roof deck)

This was the original outside light fixture proposal. This is a real budget fixture, but might be appropriate for the side door at Pleasant.

this light was suggested by the electrical contractor.  I think the full-cutoff version would be good on the roof deck and by the back door.
