This has been used on several recent projects in OTR. It is a beautiful material, but it is more expensive and must be ordered and takes time to get delivered. Also as seen from the photos, it can be hard to get the corners to be tight.
Viroc cement panels. unpainted in solid colors, exposed screws
This is a nice solid product, but is 3 times as expensive as hardipanel below.
It is nice because it comes in several good colors and never has to be painted.

This new project on Pleasant Street is well detailed and the panel looks similar to the the Jose Garcia project above
